Tom Yam Had, spicy Thai mushroom soup
Pak Tod, mixed vegetable Tempura with homemade sweet and sour vinegrette
Mixed Vegetable Samosa with mango chutney
Golden, crunchy Spring rolls, served with a sweet chilly dipping sauce
Homemade Thai Fish Cakes with sweet and sour pickled vegetables

Mains
Roasted, Thai spiced Pork Loin with noodles, beansprouts and bok choy
Stir-fried Chicken with chilli, ginger, beansprouts and spring onions
Thai Red curry with mixed seasonal vegetables, cashew nuts and tofu and smooth coconut cream.
Pad Thai, stir-fried rice noodles with spring onions, tamarind sauce, egg and tofu.

Desserts
Apple & Cinnamon Parcel, served with cream
Deep fried ice-cream with mango and raspberry coulis
